Your order
We are all human, and as such, The Fair Trade Shop may make a mistake. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
Stock
Whilst The Fair Trade Shop endeavour to ensure the web-site is as up to date as possible and the online store reflects current stock availability, it does not allow for the fact that The Fair Trade Shop make items available to customers at our local shop. As such we are not able to guarantee availability of any item.
Out of stock Items are not available for back order- please re-order at a later date.
Payments
Payments can be made using your credit / debit cards through Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, it is simple to sign up and there is no charge.
Once you have checked out and made your payment with Paypal, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail.
If you pay using your credit /debit card, Paypal will take the payment directly from your card. Your card details are sent securely to Paypal's secure server. Please note that we do not at any time receive a copy of your card details.
If you have any concerns about passing your credit / debit card details over the internet, you can collect your order from the shop.
Tax
All prices include VAT ( where applicable ) at the current rate of 15%
