Shipping Policy
Our delivery charge is currently £4.95 - whatever the weight or total cost of the order. We aim to deliver goods within 10 working days of receiving your order. We use a carrier service so a signature may be required.
If you live near The Fair Trade Shop you have the option to collect your order instead of having it posted. In this case no postage and packing charge is made.
If your order has not been delivered within 10 working days, please contact us at the shop on 023 8051 3344 or by email via the website.
Returns Policy
Returns can only be accepted if either
a) the goods are faulty or damaged or
b) the goods are not those ordered.
If it is necessary to return goods, these should be in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item for you.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used.
Please also note we are only able to replace identical products (requests for different clothing sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. |
